Trafford FE College delivers part-time ESOL courses (daytime and evening) at our Stretford campus. Lessons are usually once or twice a week. We offer all levels from Pre-entry and Entry 1 up to Level 2. Learners work towards recognised ESOL qualifications in all skills – Speaking & Listening, Reading and Writing. We also offer part-time Maths and IT courses for ESOL learners.
The WEA Greater Manchester helps students develop their English skills for all aspects of life and work. Courses range from Pre-entry to Level 2, where learners can achieve City and Guilds qualifications in ESOL, maths and English. Their information, advice and guidance service is an important part of all courses to help students find further learning and progression opportunities. Classes are hosted in community centres around Trafford.
From September ESOL students at entry level 2 & 3 will be able to access ESOL for Carers courses. We also provide digital skills courses.
