ESOL Advice Sessions
If you wish to join an ESOL class but you are not able to complete an online application, you will need to make an appointment to have an assessment in your local area.
Watch the video which explains the assessment at an ESOL Advice session. We follow the same process in Manchester, Rochdale, Salford, Bury, Oldham, Trafford, Stockport, Bolton and Wigan. You only need ONE assessment for any of the ESOL courses in these areas of Greater Manchester.
A teacher will ask you a few questions about yourself, where and when you can study and may ask you to read and write a little if you can. This will help us decide which class is good for you. You will need 30 minutes to do the assessment. You can bring a friend or a family member with you for support if you wish.
